It will appear from version 11.11.0 only in the administrative panel. Not available to users.
The rating is a competitive table among the company's employees, the gamification stage.
It motivates our users to learn and earn points for it, which can be spent in the gift shop.
Materials that can participate in the rating:
Tests
Materials such as SCORM, Test, Video, Document, Longrid, PDF, from programs ,
Awards,
KPI (Business results indicator),
Events,
Tasks.
If you select “auto-assign points”, you can choose:
● By percentage of completion / by interactive inserts - for tests or video programs. The user will receive points based on their completion result. For example, in a 10-question test, 1 point is given for 1 question. Answering all 10 questions correctly will get 10 points.
You can adjust this setting if users have not yet been assigned points for it (you can see who has been assigned by clicking "View operations"). If you need to adjust this setting after the assignment, you must first reset the statistics for users who have received points and only then make changes to it. In "feed" type materials, the logic is similar with statistics reset.
● A fixed number of points for passing the material - for all the materials listed above.
A fixed number of points is awarded to the user if the material changes to the “completed" status. The administrator sets up the figure himself-how many points each user will receive when the material is completed.
By clicking on "View operation", the administrator will be able to see the details of the assignment of points for this material.
You can create multiple ratings and specify the groups of users in access who will see them.
1. Create a rating:
Select the Achievements section, and go to the rating module- click Add +.

Give the rating a name.
Write down the conditions. They are seen by users in the app.
Specify the rating type:
Team level.
It includes users in the team of 1 supervisor.
A group one.
The groups selected on the Access tab will be included in this rating and see each other in it.
Select the sort type in the rating:
Sort by FULL NAME - if two positions have the same positions, then the order is determined by sorting by full name, A-Z.
Sort by date - sort by accrual date.
Grouping of positions - identical positions will have the same place in the ranking. After them, the numbering continues from the next location. Example of rating places (1, 2, 3, 3, 3, 4)
Next, you need to grant access to the rating.
Now the rating, like other materials, has an access tab and only those to whom this access is open will be able to see it.
