The app is not working. What to do? How to avoid it?

If the application you installed earlier has stopped opening or gives an error when opening, then it must be removed from the device and reinstalled using the current link.

Why can this situation be reproduced:

You haven't opened the app for a long time.

For iOS, there is a requirement to update certificates.
The certificate in the application is updated once a year.
This is the ios certificate policy.

For example: The certificate has a lifetime of 1 year from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024.

1) The user updated the application on 01.01.2024, when the certificate was reissued, and did not update it until 31.12.2024.
After 12/31/2024, the application will stop working, now a complete reinstall is needed.

2) Another user installed the application on 12/01/2024, and within a month there was an update where the certificate was updated. If the user has not updated the application, then it will also stop working after 12/31/2024, and now a complete reinstall is needed.


Error example: "The application profile.... is no longer available."

To prevent this situation from happening again, you need to log in to the app, log in, and keep it up to date.
