“360 degrees” is a method of ongoing personnel assessment, which consists of identifying the degree of suitability of an employee for the position held through a survey.

From the client we need:
1. List of questions.
2. List of assessed competencies and skills.

If you do not have a ready-made list of questions, our experts will provide examples for you to modify yourself.
The task is completely prepared by our technical staff. support.

The Learning Analytics module and the Assignments section are provided free of charge for the entire assessment period - 1 month.
During the month, data in DataLens is updated on a daily basis, so the data is always up-to-date and displayed in the report.
