If the "Warn when downloading via the mobile Internet" setting is enabled in the company settings, then when watching videos in the "Training Programs" and "Media Library" section, downloading materials or downloading an application update on the mobile Internet, a connection restriction warning is displayed.
If the function is not enabled, the corresponding warnings are not displayed, and the application behaves as if the user was using Wi-Fi.
