Errors when importing users

When uploading users to the platform (or changing data), you use the import function.

When downloading a file, you will see the status: completed or, if there are errors, you can click on them and view them.

The system will report where the data does not match. You need to fix the error and upload the file again.


The import will be executed correctly if:
1. You are using the current template (always located under the import button).
2. Register employees whose data is not yet in the system (mail or phone)
3. In user groups, the previously added groups of IDs, let's say, or their names were specified.
