Push and Email notifications: The list of available on the platform.

Notifications are configured in the company for specific types of content upon request to Support.

General conditions for sending notifications:

  • Notifications must be active in the company's settings and in the settings of the material itself

  • Notifications are sent to active users who have access to the section material at the time of activation of the material

Notifications are sent to users on mobile devices under simultaneous conditions:

  • the employee is logged in to the mobile app

  • notifications are allowed in the device and app settings

Notifications are sent to users by email if it is known and confirmed.

When new users connect, notifications for already available materials are not sent.

It is possible to use several types of notifications:

  • Native push notifications are sent to users only when certain administrator actions are performed. It is configured to send push notifications to employees' mobile devices and/or to e-mail.

  • Local notifications - can be used in companies that have security restrictions and do not allow access for external IP addresses. It is configured according to the time of the event. Sending by e-mail is not provided.

The administrator can independently regulate the sending or prohibition of sending Push notifications about the appointment of new material.
This setting appears if notifications about new material in the section are enabled (upon request to technical support).

Push notifications for news from the administrator of the Messages section are always enabled by default.

*New Notes: 

  • 24 hours before the end of registration for the session for which the user Did NOT submit an application. It arrives 24 hours before the registration deadline for the earliest session of the event, when the user has not submitted an application for an available event (push and/or email). Since version 12.0

  • 1 hour before the start of the day at the event . It arrives 1 hour before the start of the day of the user's session for the event with the approved application. Notifications are received every day. Notifications are received every day (by push and/or email). Since version 12.0

  • The administrator has deleted the event that is available to the participants (they come to both active and blocked users who are specified in access). If the administrator has deleted an active or hidden event that was assigned to users, a notification (push and/or email) is sent.

  • The administrator changed the date of the event day. There was a change in the date of the day of the event (according to the session of the user with the Approved status). The notification arrives when the event is hidden, as date editing is only available in hidden mode (push and/or email). Since version 12.0

  • The administrator changed the time of the event. There was a change in the time of a certain day in the event (according to the session of the user with the Approved status). As an example, the push notification is shown in the screenshots below. By clicking on the push, the user goes to the material itself.
