We need widgets on the main page so that we can focus users' attention on important materials.
The main page, when opening the application, is displayed first by the user, regardless of whether he entered from the mobile version or from the web, all widgets available to the user are displayed.
List of possible widgets:
Continue training - reminds you of the training program that the user started but did not complete.
Focus of the month - focuses the user's attention on a combination of training programs, tests, surveys, materials from the media library and knowledge base that the administrator has added to this widget
Banner - displayed only on the web version of the user. Focuses the user's attention on posters, ads, etc. Read more in the article.
My Team - allows the manager to control the activity and training results of his subordinates.
My Results - displays the materials assigned and passed to users on the platform.
Rating -displays the points scored by the user and the place in the rating.
Tests -show the tests available to our employee from the section "tests and surveys".
Personal data, if such a module is enabled, is an opportunity to fill out a questionnaire.
KPI- displays the employee's business performance indicators (sales volume, number of signed contracts, plan execution, etc.).
Favorites - displays materials on the platform that the user has independently added to this widget. On the materials there is an opportunity (check mark at the top) to add them to favorites to find them quickly.
Media Library - focuses the user's attention on the media library materials that the administrator has added to this widget.
Awards - displays a list of awards that the user has already received and which can be received if certain conditions are met.
Materials with the date of completion - displays active programs available to the user in the statuses "Assigned", "In progress" and "Under review", which have a deadline for completion. Sorting of materials in this widget by the time of passage - from earlier dates to later ones.
The Home section contains tools for creating and editing widgets in the application. The added widgets will be displayed on the main page of the platform.
Select the Home section in the side menu. The screen will display a list of available widgets.
You can enter a Name in the search bar - the name of the material. The search is performed based on the materials of the corresponding section. Select a material, it will be added to the widget and displayed below in the list of Added materials.
Users will be able to see only widgets in which there are materials available to the user (Tests, training program, Video Channel, Awards).
Material can only be added to one widget once. If the material has already been added to the widget, a check mark icon is displayed on the corresponding cell in the search drop-down list.
For materials in the "Hidden" status, the "crossed-out eye" symbol is displayed in the cell (material can also be added or removed from the widget). Hidden materials are not displayed in the platform.
For the Focus of the Month widget, select from the drop-down list the section from which you want to add material to the widget.
You can use the search at the top of the drop-down list. After selecting a section, add materials to the widget. To display the widget in the platform, move the Status toggle switch to the “Active” position.
You can change the order of the materials added to the widget using the drag&drop function. To do this, click and hold the mouse button on the material and drag it to the desired location.
When you hover over the material added to the widget, the delete button is displayed on it. The material will be immediately removed from the widget by clicking on it.
For the widget types Continue Training, My results, My Team, Rating, Tests, Personal data, KPI, Favorites, you can configure only the visibility status of the widget "Hidden" / "Active".
And these widgets will display the current information on our user.
