The password can be restored via SMS or email.
To do this, on the login and password entry screen, click on "Forgot password?", enter the phone or email address to which the account was registered and then enter the verification code received in the appropriate way.
If resetting does not help, contact the platform administrator or technical support. You can find technical support contacts on the application login screen, in the "Support Service" menu.
